Without help My NewBrazil plan reaches 50,000 external views

Climaco Cezar de Souza

Without none government/business financial support, MY plan for the New Interior Brazil (new railways, deep ports, clean energy) already has 50,000 international access points.

Summary:

“Without any moral support and/or financial sponsorship from the government, businesses or other Brazilian organizations, MY new “Brazil 2050 Plan” to attract the best, most profitable, and safest foreign investments/partners for the gigantic and real Sustainable Development of the Brazil Interior (led by 8 new broad-gauge railways PLUS 8 deep-water large ports in the Northeast/Southeast - all to be inaugurated by 2035-2040 - PLUS truly sustainable new energy sources, preferably hybrid and locally sourced) has been moving forward for 15 years and has already accumulated 50,000 accesses from abroad - readers/investors/businesspeople/managers/technicians - in the last 7 years alone.”

Mini Article (3 pages):

Continuing my old patriotic plan to promote/attract the best investments to the Brazil interior, MORE specifically for 08 new railways only if they are broad gauge; The same applies to 08 really deep and large sustainable ports in the Northeast/Southeast, if they are truly deep and have good hits systems (really very fast loading and unloading, no queues and no need to pay expensive demurrage fees) for various future uses, MORE for new energies – if they are truly sustainable and/or hybrid (all better if own), and nothing about green hydrogen (which is a high local consumer of electricity and, above all, of rare waters with 99% purity and almost non-existent on the edges of ports) and, above all, demonstrating the realities and the best opportunities for direct foreign investment and/or many partnerships in Brazil, I present to you this short diagnosis of what I have already done – entirely alone and without any financial support or proposal of any kind – and what I still intend to do, and I ask you who has done – and/or does – more for our country: me and my simple detailed/convincing/critical articles in Portuguese and English, PLUS you, my loyal reader/disseminator, or some Federal Ministry, State Secretariat, Government Agencies or Autonomous Bodies, Universities public or private (some maybe of which are merely employers of civil servants who passed competitive exams according to many serious analysts), “System S”, Research Centers, Foundations, Any Politicians, Any Parties, etc. etc.?

After all, why so many ABROAD scientists, technicians, business decision-makers (CEOs/CTOs/CFOs), investors, and INTERNATIONAL financiers ARE so interested in knowing about Brazil's future? And why will they become trillionaires by investing in serious and well-planned/well-implemented partnerships here? How much and in what way will the people and the many still very poor regions of the country develop with my and your real support? (A serious and continuous policy of decentralizing development and implementing real security measures on farms/mining operations is fundamental). I also remind you (your) that current about 75,0% of Brazilians still insist on living up to 350 km from our giant sea coast, leaving the interior empty and abandoned; Likewise, Brazil is one of the world champions in the growth of slums in large cities (already 12,400 slums and still expanding every year, where 16.4 million people still live as slum high dwellers) and in the lack of basic sanitation (90 million people still lack access to sewage systems, especially in large cities or coastal areas) also in much natural disasters/landslides, and also has thousands of open dumps and fake sanitary landfills, etc.?

Due to numerous and repeated governmental errors in Brazil, small farms in the interior (70% of family farming) are rapidly and rapidly depopulating and reducing their production for three main reasons (some perhaps even encouraged by recent governments): 1) Millions of young people, children of farmers with low real incomes/poor incentives – and under 25 years old with little education, etc. – are rapidly migrating to large cities, especially those on the coast (including their favelas), to work (not to study), and almost all are attracted by temporary or semi-permanent jobs that are much better paid (from triple up to five times what is paid in rural areas) and with almost no prior requirements. Certainly, they are better incentivized, including by local businesses/organizations (examples: as app drivers like Uber/99, waiters, cooks, shop assistants, bricklayers, helpers, painters, gardeners, etc.); 2) Absolute lack of general rural labor, even minimal (offered by other families and neighboring small towns), due to the reasons mentioned above plus the lack of real rural incentives in transportation, good schools, daycare centers, health posts, etc., all located in rural areas; 3) Almost total lack of security on rural properties and almost no assistance or surveillance by any type of rural police, whose contingents are also minimal and poorly paid and poorly equipped. Crimes, assaults, robberies/thefts, and rural deaths in Brazil are already breaking records. In 2025, compared to 2024, the number of deaths from murders for various reasons – including agrarian conflicts – in rural areas increased by 100.0%, compared to an 11.0% reduction in total urban deaths (data from AI of BDF Brazil website).

Therefore, it is—or is it not—fundamental and urgent that we all strive to further develop our inner brazil.

Still as a learner (still without internet and websites), and to better understand the global agribusiness sector – previously largely unknown in Brazil – and the Brazilian sector – still a modest newcomer to global agriculture (I know 85% of the Brazilian interior), I wrote and published, exclusively in Portuguese – between 2002 to 2005 – 14 complete e-books (averaging 450 pages with hundreds of comparative charts and many graphs – see: https://www.escavador.com/sobre/2049892/climaco-cezar-de-souza ) on the main agribusiness chains worldwide and in Brazil (at the time, I was already reading and consulting reports in 3 languages ??and receiving – bi-weekly and free of charge via the US Embassy – almost all the monthly USDA reports). These books received significant support from our Agricultural Exchange through its Director Noênio Spinola (currently B3 and formerly BMF), who hosted them on its website for 2 years. They were widely used, free of charge (through my donation) as learning tools and to improve teacher preparation at the largest agricultural universities in Brazil, as well as by some members of the National Congress and many organizations in Brasília (including EMBRAPA and the FGV AGRO - See: https://periodicos.fgv.br/agroanalysis/article/view/50846/49641).

Continuing, why do so many people abroad already read my articles in English and Portuguese, even though they are written in simple, direct language, in a completely apolitical/non-partisan way, etc., although very detailed and strategic?

So, for 24 years I have written regularly – without any financial support – in Portuguese and English for four important and respected global websites, and I am rarely questioned, because these are strategic diagnoses/articles aimed primarily at selecting, proving, and attracting direct investments and/or serious external partnerships for good business and the generation of significant medium business/personal or corporate high profits, especially in the interior of Brazil, as they are all very well-founded/documented/hyperlinked. Certainly, we are an excellent country to invest in globally, and all the very few foreigners who visit Brazil are enchanted by our people and our natural beauty. But in reality, this is insignificant, because our governments don't really know how to boost such a highly lucrative sector, especially for the beaches and thousands of tourist towns in the interior (our main focus, with thousands of waterfalls, rivers, model farms, and wonderful forests, plus many secret special foods and unique fruits - not served in any restaurant/bar/supermarket/shopping mall in the world - and all this much cheaper, more relaxing, and very different from almost all current tourist attractions on offer in the known world, which are far more visited than in the Brazilian interior). While current Brazilian total tourism still only receives good only 8.8 million tourists in 2025, compared to approximately 76.0 million received by Africa alone. Brazil only receives equal to 0.3% of the world total of 1.4 billion tourism arrivals per year (It's incredible that even in easy and cheap institutional tourism promotion/attraction, nothing really works, despite the abundance of fake news, including governmental/state-level fake news?).

The supporting websites are only Agrolink (Brazil - RS); Researchgate (USA - see https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Climaco-De-Souza-2); Academia (USA - see: https://independent.academia.edu/ClimacoCezarSouza) and, above all, LinkedIn (USA and now owned by Microsoft), the one with the greatest business and scientific reach abroad.
