Confira aqui o projeto na íntegra"THE NEW BRAZIL 2020 AGROVISIONAg. PLAN" (“business briefing”)
“Potential for the Best Business and investments in the Central North and Northeast Regions of Brazil after the news railroads, waterways, highways, deep ports and giant hydroelectric under construction accelerated by 2019" – “A VERY PROMISING AND SECURE FUTURE”.
This theoretical Plan shows the best great business opportunities and for investments that arise in the Center-North and the Northeast Regions of Brazil after conclusions of 04 larger new rails, 04 new best waterways and 03 hydroelectric power plants – some in accelerated construction through “the Accelerated Growth Government Program PAC”, or others in phase of projects and or environmental releases - and even with brazilian self-sufficiency in fertilizers by 2020. And this without counting the 2 hydroelectric plants under construction in next Bolivia and more the 6 power plants planned to the Tapajós / Jamanxim rivers (with potential equal to Itaipu, current the largest hydroelectric of Brazil). We will also have the giant hydroelectric of Belo Monte-PA on the “Xingu” River, now under construction.
With new futures access to the ports of Peru or by the Panama new Canal, Brazil exports much more commodities and processed products to Asia - or more imports very cheap raw materials and machinery - using giant ships and still not come to our ports. Also, Brazil has better access to Latin America countries, boosting the current trade and where the Country can bring fertilizers of Bayovar mines (Peru), property of Vale, and other items. Our competitiveness in the Pacific will greatly increase both in production and export, in partnerships, to supply Asia, the Caribbean and the Latin America Pacific coast more west of USA, and for imports from those countries. With distances and costs very much lower, the tendency is to overcome our actual current trade only with the North Atlantic and Asia by South Africa or by others routes much longer with shallow ports more old ships.
With the new railways and the waterways, and much more electric energy available, Brazil exports logistics improve considerably, reducing the direct, indirect and transaction costs. Also this allows installations of large agribusinesses enterprises, mining companies, steel, metals mills etc., and even rural entrepreneurs bold and environmentally aware, and family small farmer’s producer well oriented (net income with sustainable and higher). The exports deliveries and the flow of inputs and "capital goods" will occur through the ports of Peru, Itacoatiara (state of AM), Espadarte (PA), Santarém (PA), Barcarena (PA), Itaqui (MA), Pecém (CE), Suape (PE) and the planned offshore port of Ilhéus-Aritaguá (BA).
Besides the fertilizers coming from Peru and other countries - through of new West-East integration Rail – Brazil has several mines of phosphate and potassium in frank production by 2020, allowing not only our self-sufficiency, even as exports. Our agricultural production costs and all industrials costs should fall a lot, also with lower freight costs that will be more by the new railroads and new waterways, rapids, automatics and reliable (inclusive of returns freight).
”This theoretical New Brazil 2020 Ag. Plan" includes 02 giants Clusters for attraction of more business and investments: a) Center-Northeast or "out of the Amazon Forest"; b) North or "Amazon Forest = in the Forest". Both have high development trends and for attracting many internal migrants, ie more consumption and socio & environmentally sustainable developments. The total area in 02 Clusters corresponding actually to about 60% of Brazil, but only hold 42% of current population, although these Clusters are much closer to the major consumers of the rich countries of the North World, including Asia.
The Center West/Northeast Cluster – actually with about 200 million hectares or 24% of the country area - is contained in the heptagon from Goiania (State of Goiás = GO) direct to Ilheus Port (State of Bahia= BA), from there to Suape Port (State of Pernambuco = PE), Pecem Port (State of Ceará= CE) and Itaqui Port (State of Maranhão = MA), and back to State of Acre (=AC) and from there to the Bayovar Port – in Peru (passing by center of State of Tocantins (=TO), center-north of Goiás, north of State of Mato Grosso (=MT), south of State of Rondonia = RO and south of Acre), returning to Cuiaba (Mato Grosso) and then reaching Goiania (Goiás). In this area will have more large Projects - on social and environmentally sustainable - of grains; bio-energies (ethanol from sugarcane and biodiesel from grains, palm trees and other cultives); meats; dairy; processed woods, reforestation for pulp, charcoal and chips; minerals; gems; fertilizer and especially processed foods. This Cluster excludes the areas of the Amazon Forest.
The North Cluster of “The 2020 New Brazil Ag.Plan"- actually with about 300.0 million hectares or 35% of the country area - is the area of the Amazon Forest, where by legal and socio-environmentally correct production and processing forms will be used to woods processed on “the sustainable forest management projects” and more reforestation, biodiesel from palms trees; rubber trees to rubber, medicinal and aromatic plants cultives, tourism and environment, and their exotic fruit pulps / juices and ores, fertilizers, others minerals etc..
Best of all, of the total 851.0 million hectares, Brazil still has approximately 206.0 million available to explores socio-economics corrects and outside the Amazon forest, either in new projects and / or restoring degraded areas, and where we can produce up to 1.0 billion tons of grains per year by 2050 as some studies. Currently, only cultivate a total of 80.0 million hectares, being 49.2 million hectares to production of 151.0 million tons of grain + cotton, and about 30.0 million hectares to permanent crops (sugarcane, coffee, fruit, forests etc.).
With so many attractive business much more investments are expected in those 02 clusters and then will have many progressive migration of up to 30.0 million people of capitals and major cities in the south / southeast regions for those new poles with possible strong development by 2050 (which has already begun and is expanding). On these two poles certainly there will be big increases in "per capita" revenues, higher consumption, more socials inclusions / citizenship, more technology / training, sustainable developments and more cash reserves. This occurs with the clusters largest near to large buyer’s countries of world and suppliers of raw materials, fertilizers and with the largest outflows and access futures facilities and costs very much lower.
