PRINCIPAIS CONCLUSÕES:
Principais inclusões negociais previstas entre 2020 e 2050 como resultados da nova logística e da auto-suficiência em fertilizantes e energias:
ü A renda líquida da soja no norte do MT pode ampliar cerca de US$ 5,00/sc, sendo - US$ 1,50 pelo menor custo e +US$ 3,50 com o melhor preço para exportações para a Ásia ou Roterdã;
ü No heptágono onde se inclui o Projeto Teórico: “AGROVISION - Novo Brasil 2020”, exceto Amazônia, há entre 150,0 e 200,0 milhões de há de terras disponíveis p/incorporar ou re-incorporar com plantios de grãos e cultivos energéticos, socio-ambientalmente sustentáveis;
ü Produções locais de minérios, grãos, aves, suínos, bovinos eficientes, lácteos, madeiras e biodiosel (palma, pinhão-manso, girassol), eucalipto e outras para carvão, “chips”, gases e eletricidade etc..) e outros itens devem ampliar substancialmente;
ü Na área gigante da Floresta Amazônica (cerca de 300,0 milhões de ha), a Lei permite explorar mineração, gás natural, madeiras, seringueiras, palmáceas para biodiesel, cultivos sustentáveis e responsáveis de frutas exóticas, plantas aromáticas e medicinais, artesanatos etc..;
ü “A área do “Novo Brasil 2020” mais da Amazônia correspondem a cerca de 60% da área total do País, mas só abrigam cerca 42% da população atual (190,0 milhões). Em 2040, a população do Brasil deve estabilizar em 220,0 milhões de hab., sendo, então, cerca de 50% na área do “Novo Brasil 2020” (ampliando de 80,0 para 110,0 milhões de hab., ou seja, +30,0 milhões);
ü Assim, devem ocorrer fortes e progressivas migrações (um pouco menos para a área da Floresta), vindas do Sudeste, Sul e Nordeste. Em toda a Região devem ser instaladas até 2050 cerca de 40 grandes cidades com 100 mil a 1,0 milhão de habitantes. Se o baixo PIB “per capita” atual da Região ampliar 20%, em US$, a produção de grãos/alimentos precisará dobrar;
ü CONCLUSÃO NEGOCIAL FINAL: a área do projeto teórico “AGROVISON Novo Brasil 2020” é a melhor para novos investimentos e expansões agroindustriais no Brasil, tanto exportadores como para vendas para os grandes mercados regionais bem mais próximos da América latina e para todo o norte e nordeste.

Projeto AGROVISION Novo Brasil 2020 “ANÁLISE RESUMIDA DOS DADOS”
§ Em Outubro/2011, o Mundo atingiu 7,0 bilhões de pessoas, devendo ampliar para 9,0 bilhões em 2050, quando haverá 14,0% de famintos e subnutridos (ante 15% atual). Hoje, mais de 50% já vivem nas cidades, devendo ampliar para 70% em 2050. No Brasil a urbanização está bem maior do que a média mundial e entre 1960 e 2010 (50 anos), nossa população urbana ampliou 5 vezes;
§ No Brasil, apenas 20% do povo ainda mora no interior (80% moram a até 200 km da beira mar), sendo que na Índia 70% moram no interior; na China, 50% e nos EUA 26%. Contudo, na China, em 05 anos, deve-se construir mais 50 milhões de novas casas. Em 2020, só a classe média chinesa deve chegar a 240 milhões de pessoas, o dobro da atual. Em 2025, deverá ter 221 cidades com mais de 1,0 milhão de pessoas (ante 35 hoje na Europa);
§ No Brasil, incrivelmente, a renda - embora em elevação - é muito mal distribuída e a taxa de pobreza absoluta chegou a 28% em 2008. Em 2011, segundo o IBGE, o Brasil ainda tinha 16,3 milhões de pessoas na miséria (extrema pobreza) - igual a 8,5% do País -, sobretudo na área rural, onde 25,0% das pessoas ainda viviam na miséria, principalmente nas Regiões Norte e Nordeste (“focos deste trabalho”);
§ Mesmo com os avanços recentes em nossas Safras de Grãos, anda somos o 5º produtor Mundial (superados pela EUA, China, U.E 27 e Índia). Nossas produtividades médias ainda são muito baixas (exceto em soja, café e frangos) e não temos renda liquida garantida e nem recursos suficientes para incorporar/re-incorporar novas áreas de formas sócio-ambientalmente sustentáveis ao processo produtivo;
§ Também, nossas exportações totais ainda só atingem 1,5% do valor total mundial e, pior, são 70% de commodities e em que apenas 5 representam 47% das vendas em 2011 (eram de 28% em 2006). COM OS ALTISSIMOS CUSTOS E IMPOSTOS INTERNOS E O CÂMBIO DESFAVORÁVEL PARA ALGUNS, NOSSAS INDÚSTRIAS NÃO CONSEGUEM COMPETIR INTERNACIONALMENTE E SÓ LHES RESTA O MERCADO INTERNO (por enquanto);
§ Em 2012, o consumo mundial de petróleo deve chegar a 90 bilhões de barris, ante 87 bilhões em 2010. As produções atuais devem subir lentamente até 2030 e depois desabarem. Os preços médios mundiais do petróleo podem subir dos atuais US$ 100/barril para entre US$ 292 e US$ 374 em 2020. Na China, hoje, só há 36 carros para cada 1,0 mil pessoas, ante 487 na Europa;
§ Em 2011, o Brasil - com apenas 5% de biodiesel na mistura - foi o maior consumidor mundial de biodiesel, com 2,8 bilhões de litros, seguido pela Alemanha com 2,6 bilhões (com 20% de biodiesel na mistura). No Brasil, COMO EFEITO DA DESPOLUIÇÃO PELA ADOÇÃO DO BIODIESEL já são evitadas 11 mil mortes e 78 mil internações de pessoas por ano;
§ Em 2011, as vendas de fertilizantes no Brasil devem atingir 26,5 milhões de t., 8,1% mais do que em 2010 (24,5 milhões). Ainda temos muita dependência por importações caras, mas possível auto-suficiência total em 10 anos, quando passaremos a exportadores;
§ Na Ásia, os Governos priorizam a construção da Ferrovia “TransAsiática“ com 14 mil km de Bankok a Istambul e que beneficiará 28 países, inclusive recebendo cargas de 114 mil km de rodovias vizinhas. Tal ferrovia + rodovias atenderão Região com 26% do PIB mundial; 3,9 bilhões de pessoas; 30% das exportações mundiais e 12 das 20 maiores cidades do Mundo;
§ O Governo do Peru também prioriza a construção de uma ferrovia da divisa do Acre (final da nossa Ferrovia Transoceânica) com os Portos Ilo, Matarani e Bayovar (em ampliação). Os recursos virão da China ou de uma parceria com o Brasil. O Porto de Callao fica a 16,1 mil km do porto de Sanghai (China) e a profundidade atual é de 15 metros, prevendo-se a construção vizinha do Hub Port de “San Lorenzo” com profundidade recorde de 45 metros;
§ No Brasil, devido ao ainda bloqueio logístico, o custo de transporte da soja de Sorriso (MT) ao Porto de Santos em 2011 ficava por US$ 120/t, ante apenas US$ 20/t de custo do campo até o Porto na Argentina;
§ No caso das ferrovias, o Brasil precisa rapidamente de 52 mil km de trilhos operacionais e para isto precisa de US$ 80,0 bilhões de novos investimentos, sendo 30% nos trechos e 70% na construção urgente de desvios nos trechos urbanos. Cerca de 65% de malha brasileira atual está inoperante, sendo 25% sem condições de recuperar;
§ Mesmo sendo fundamentais para reduzir as pobrezas e as desigualdades regionais e para o pleno desenvolvimento do País, no momento, só há 10,0 mil km em obras bem lentas. Há razão é que há muitos e constantes embargos jurídicos (licitações mal redigidas e cheias de brechas), recusas ambientais ou demoras intencionais com licenças ambientais, mostrando inteiro despreparo, ineficiência, decisões apenas pessoais e injustiça no lidar com a “coisa pública”. Também, 71% das nossas cargas ainda é minério de ferro e quase não há tempos para outras cargas (espaço tem sobrando). Em Set./2011, entre os maiores problemas para a não contratação, 38% dos clientes falaram que o custo do frete ainda era muito elevado; 32% disseram que não havia vagões especializados e 30% citaram que os prazos não são confiáveis, pois a velocidade é muito baixa e há muitas paradas;
§ O Governo brasileiro precisa exigir das atuais ferrovias rápidas modernizações, pois: 1) utiliza-se apenas 20% do tempo útil transportando e 80% carregando/descarregando; 2) Nas nossas melhores ferrovias, o “headway” diurno (intervalo de tempo entre os trens) ainda é de 20 minutos, bem acima dos 14 minutos dos principais concorrentes internacionais (apenas 8 minutos nos metrôs urbanos); 3) Nossa velocidade média é muito baixa (apenas 25 km/hora, ante 80 km nos USA); 4) Ainda há muitas bitolas divergentes; 5) 90% dos vagões ainda voltam vazios, mas sempre voltam, indicando que existem condições de tempo e de espaços disponíveis, mas nunca para embarques de cargas de empresas concorrentes, principalmente se forem para exportações;
§ No Brasil, mesmo assim, o transporte ferroviário, beneficamente, deve dobrar até 2030, ante 2000. A partir de 2012 já não haverá monopólio de trilhos (espera-se), segundo a nova Lei. Se continuar o elevado apoio publico e privado atual, em 2025, 35% das cargas brasileiras já serão transportadas por ferrovias e 29% por hidrovias;
§ No caso dos portos, nos últimos 40 anos, ampliou-se de 28 para 49 o número de portos e terminais no Brasil. Hoje, eles já movimentam 800,0 milhões t./ano, igual a 10% do volume total mundial de portos (mais de minério de ferro), mas, em 1970, eram apenas 100,0 milhões de t.;
§ O Governo também precisa exige dos atuais portos rápidas modernizações, pois as operações ainda são muito lentas, ante nossos concorrentes. No moderno Porto de Itaqui (MA), p.ex. um navio chinamax com 335 mil tons demora entre 72 e 74 horas (3 dias) para atracar, carregar e desatracar. Antes, têm que esperar de 5 a 10 dias na fila da Baia de São Marcos. Nos Portos do Sul, é ainda pior e com isto as operadoras têm que pagar muitas e caras multas (“demourrages”), encarecendo muito o custo final e desestimulando concorrências. Na média 2011, conteineiros esperaram até 13 dias em Santos;
§ Entre os Portos já existentes, os destaques são para os novos portos do Nordeste e do Norte por estarem entre 1.000 km e 3.000 km mais próximos dos EUA, do Novo Canal do Panamá (a inaugurar em 2015) e da Europa do que os antigos Portos do Sul/Sudeste, além de serem bem mais profundos (entre 15 e 23 metros);
§ O porto de SUAPE (PE) é o Porto que mais cresce no Brasil e já com 100 empresas instaladas (sendo 01 refinaria e 03 estaleiros) e 50 implantando (01 de automóveis e 01 siderúrgica). Em 10 anos deve quintuplicar a carga atual, atingindo 1,0 milhão de contêineres, e chegar a 20 m de profundidade. O porto de PECEM (CE), ainda está ocioso, mas deve ser um grande exportador de minérios e frutas, já construindo pátio para minério de ferro e outros. No Porto de BARCARENA/VILA DO CONDE (PA) já há 07 empresas de grande porte instaladas, incluindo Votorantim e Norsk Hydro;
§ Entre os novos Portos offshore em construção, profundos e estratégicos, os destaques são o Porto da EBX/OLX em São João da Barra/Açu (RJ) com profundidade final prevista de até 25 m, e o Porto de Ilhéus/Aritaguá (BA);
§ O Porto da EBX deve ser inaugurado no inicio de 2012 e terá área total de 9 mil hectares com muitas empresas privadas (2 siderúrgicas, 02 cimenteiras, fábricas de computadores, montadora de veículos), devendo ainda atrair novos investimentos adicionais de R$ 40 bilhões de outras empresas para montagens de fábricas;
§ Já o Porto de Ilheus-Aritaguá, que fica na ponta das futuras ferrovias FIOL e FICO e próximo da atual Ferrovia FCA, está em fase de liberação ambiental e de projetos e deve ter sua concorrência lançada em março/2012 na forma de PPP - Parceria Publica-Privada. Ele será construído a 3,5 km da praia e terá até 19 metros de calado (fundura) para navios gigantes com até 400 mil t. (minerais, conteineiros, carga geral, açúcar, etanol e para grãos).
MAIN CONCLUSIONS
Major business inclusions from 2020 to 2050 as results of new logistics + transports and self-sufficiency in fertilizers & energies:

THE AGROVISION NEW BRAZIL 2020 PROJECT “SUMMARY OF DATA ANALYSIS”
§ In October/2011, the world reached 7.0 billion people and is expected to expand to 9.0 billion in 2050, when there still will be 14.0% of hungry and malnourished (compared to 15% today). Today, more than 50% already live in cities and is expected to expand to 70% in 2050. In Brazil, urbanization is much larger than the world average because between 1960 and 2010 (50 years), our urban population increased 5 times;
§ In Brazil, only 20% of people still live in the country (80% live olny 200 km from the sea), whereas in India 70% live in the interior, in China 50% and in the U.S 26%. However, in China in next 05 years, should be to build 50 million new homes. In 2020, only the Chinese middle class is expected to reach 240 million people, twice the current. In 2025, should have 221 cities with more than 1.0 million people in China (compared to 35 in Europe today);
§ In Brazil, incredibly, the “per capita” income - though rising - is very poorly distributed and the absolute poverty rate reached 28% in 2008. In 2011, according to IBGE, Brazil still had 16.3 million people in extreme poverty - equal to 8.5% of the country - particularly in rural areas, where 25.0% of people still living in poverty mainly in the North and Northeast Regions ("focus of this work");
§ Even with recent advances in Brazil grain harvest, we are still only the 5th World grains producers (overcome by the USA, China, India and EU 27). Our average yield is still very low (except for soybeans, coffee and chicken) and we have no guaranteed net income and not enough resources to enter / re-enter new areas on social and environmentally sustainable productions manner;
§ Also, our total exports has reached only 1.5% of world total, and worse, commodities are 70% and only 5 of them represent 47% of sales in 2011 (up from 28% in 2006). WITH INTERNAL VERY HIGHS COSTS AND TAXES AND SOME UNFAVORABLE EXCHANGE RATE, OUR INDUSTRY CAN NOT COMPETE INTERNATIONALLY and are left with the internal market (for now);
§ In 2012, World oil consumption is expected to reach 90 billion barrels, up from 87 billion in 2010. The current productions are expected to rise slowly until 2030 and then falling over. The world average prices may rise from the current $ 100/barrel for between $ 292 and $ 374 in 2020. In China today there are only 36 cars for every 1.0 million people, up from 487 in Europe;
§ In 2011, Brazil - with only 5% of biodiesel in the fuel mix - was the world's largest consumer of biodiesel, with 2.8 billion liters, followed by Germany with 2.6 billion (with 20% biodiesel in the mixture). In Brazil, AS EFFECT OF REMEDIATION BY ADOPTION OF BIODIESEL ARE ALREADY AVOIDED 11 000 DEATHS AND 78 000 HOSPITALIZATIONS OF PEOPLE EACH YEAR;
§ In 2011, sales of fertilizers in Brazil should reach 26.5 million tons, 8.1% more than in 2010 (24.5 million). We still have much dependence on expensive imports, but possible self-sufficiency in 10 years, when we change for exporters;
§ In Asia, Governments prioritize the construction of the new Railroad "TransAsiática" with 14,000 km from Bangkok to Istanbul and will benefit 28 countries, including getting loads of 114,000 km of surrounding highways. Such railroad more highways serve the region with 26% of global GDP, 3.9 billion people, 30% of world exports and 12 of the 20 largest cities in the world;
§ The Peruvian Government also prioritizes the construction of a future railway from the border of Brazil/State of Acre (end of our Transcontinental Railway) to the Port Ilo, Matarani and Bayovar (all in magnifications). The funds will come from China or from a partnership with Brazil. The Pacific Port of Callao is 16,100 km from the Port of Sanghai (China) and the current depth is 15 meters. In addition it is expected the construction of the nearby Hub Port of "San Lorenzo" with record depth of 45 meters;
§ In Brazil, due to logistical still blocking, the cost of shipping soybeans from the Sorriso City (MT) to the Atlantic Port of Santos (State of São Paulo) in 2011 was for $ 120 / t, up from only $ 20 / t cost of the field to the port in Argentina;
§ In the case of railways, Brazil quickly needs of 52,000 km of really operations tracks and for this needs $ 80.0 billion of new investments, being 30% in the sections and 70% on building of urgent deviations in urban stretches. About 65% of current Brazilian rail grid is down, including 25% unable to recover;
§ Although fundamental to reduce poverty and regional inequalities and to the full development of country at the moment there is only 10.000 km on very slow works. The reasons are many and constants legal embargoes (bids poorly written and full of holes) more environmental licenses refusals or intentional delays showing unprepared, inefficiency, personal decisions only and unfairness in dealing with the "public thing". Also, 71% of our charges is still iron ore and almost no time for transport other charges (space is left). In Set./2011, among the major problems for not rail hiring, 38% of customers said that the cost of rail was still very high, 32% said there was no specialized wagons and 30% said that deadlines are not reliable because speed is very low and there are many stops;
§ The Brazil Government needs to require the current railroads a rapid modernization, because: 1) uses only 20% of the time shipping and 80% loading / unloading, 2) In our the best railroad, the "headway" day (interval time between trains) is still 20 minutes, up from 14 minutes of the main international competitors (only 8 minutes in urban subways) 3) Our average speed is very low (only 25 km / hour, compared to 80 km in the USA), 4) Although there are many different gauges, 5) 90% of wagons still come back empty, but always back, indicating that had available time and space conditions but never for loads of competitors, especially if they are for export;
§ In Brazil, nevertheless, beneficially, rail transports to double by 2030, compared with 2000. From 2012 there will be no monopoly of track (hopefully) under the new law. IF CONTINUES THE HIGH CURRENT PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SUPPORT, IN 2025 35% OF BRAZILIAN CARGO HAS TO BE TRANSPORTED BY RAIL AND WATERWAYS BY 29%;
§ In the case of Ports, in the last 40 years, expanded from 28 to 49 the number of ports and terminals in Brazil. Today, they move 800.0 million tons / year (mainly iron ore), equal to 10% of the world global ports, but in 1970 was only 100.0 million tons;
§ The Brazil Government also needs to require current Ports a rapid modernization, as operations are still very slow compared to our competitors. In the modern Port of Itaqui (MA), eg., one ship chinamax with 335 thousand tons takes between 72 and 74 hours (3 days) to dock, load and unberthing. Rather, they have to wait 50 to 10 days in the queue of the Bay of São Marcos. In Ports of the South, the situation is worse and operators have to pay many expensive fines ("demourrages"), increasing the final cost and very discouraging the competition. In Santos on average in 2011, containers ships waited until 13 days;
